Office
Office architecture is about creating places where people can work comfortably, productively, and with a sense of well-being. Over the years, we have designed a wide range of office environments—some that no longer exist, and others that continue to evolve and be used daily. Each assignment calls for a tailored approach, shaped by its context, function, and users. One project may involve the careful restoration of a historic or monumental building, while another focuses on designing new office spaces as part of a larger healthcare or laboratory facility.
A healthy working environment is central to our approach. Daylight, transparency, and a strong connection to the outside play a crucial role in how people experience their workplace. Maximizing natural light not only improves comfort and well-being for employees, but also creates buildings that feel open, clear, and secure for both users and visitors.
Spatial organization is always combined with attention to atmosphere. Offices are places where people spend a significant part of their daily lives—collaborating, meeting, concentrating, and innovating. We therefore design spaces that support different ways of working, from focused tasks to informal encounters.
In Caribbean contexts especially, outdoor living is an essential part of everyday life. We translate this quality into office design by creating strong physical and visual connections to the exterior, such as balconies, terraces, and views. These spaces offer moments of fresh air and reflection between meetings, while also serving practical purposes, such as future access and adaptability.
Across all office projects, our aim is to create work environments that are healthy, flexible, and responsive—places that support both the people who use them and the broader context in which they operate.
